Composite analysis for student rocket

      Hi,

I am currently running a composite analysis for a student rocket to determine layup scheme and thickness of the airframe in ansys ACP. The results from the structural analysis show singularities and are not really reliable at all. The material is FILAVA, a type of glass fiber so it is expected this can handle the forces applied to it (2900 N motor force and 0.05 MPa pressure). During geometry we encountered issues with creating the shell elements for the rocket AND keep the curve on the nosecone for the ACP process so the rocket had to be split and then merged back together in designmodeler. The mesh looks okay and has good metrics, so I would expect at least some results. The structural results are poor especially in transition between curve and straight part of the nosecone which i have tried to fix with a chamfer, but nothing works.

Please help or give tips, I am all out of ideas for troubleshooting.
