When performing seamless electro-thermal co-simulation between siwave and icepak, an error  occurs as shown in the figure above .How to solve it

Thanks for asking question on forum. Can you show the full message from Icepak? Also, can you try Export -> Icepak and then open Icepak in AEDT directly to check Icepak model?

Thanks for your answer.The full message are shown below.When I try to exprot Icepak,an interface pops up as shown in the image below.The file type I exported is in .aedb format and cannot be imported into AEDT

Thanks for sharing the details. Which version are you using? .aedt is a format used by Ansys Electronics Desktop, not Ansys Workbench. Do you have Ansys Electronics Desktop installed? If not, please go to Ansys Download Center and use Ansys Automated Installer to install it. Thanks.

Nowadays，I use the version 2021R1 Siwace and I already had AEDT 2021R1

2021R1 is quite old. Would you please upgrade to latest release? If the issue persists in the lastest version, please submit a support ticket. Thanks.
