      老师您好，我在做石墨烯增强的电学仿真时，初始化中遇到了tesselation错误，对这个问题产生的原因不是很清楚，想咨询下。石墨烯薄层厚度设置为1nm，长宽为4um，两端连接Au电极，3D仿真，电压范围为-500mv~500mv.如果改为2D仿真则不会出现上述问题。

      先需要检查石墨烯需半导体材料是否正常，会不会太薄而网格没法分辨？
