SubscriberI am currently using lumerical Charge to simulate the distribution of charge. I hope to apply it to microdisk in the future. However, the solution of CHARGE seems to be solved using xyz coordinates, but if this is applied to disk, there seems to be a problem. Can you please help me? Help me find out if anyone has done similar simulations on the Internet? Just change it to cylindrical coordinates to solve

Ansys EmployeeHi Lee,
Thank you for posting on our forum!
I am afraid that we currently don't support cylindrical coordinates in Charge solver, however I believe this can be done by data post processing as well.
Another option would be to submit your idea on our online Ideas Exchange site: Lumerical's Ideas Exchange!
Kind Regards,
Niki
