      您好,这里有一个问题就是 2D 仿真里面最后的电流是使用的 2D 浓度分布乘以这个 norm length 的结果,可以理解成是这个 2D 结果平移增厚的结果。但是 3D 仿真是直接在 3D 做网格划分计算,因此两个结果有差异是合理的,如果想要尝试减小这个差异,首先要确保模型在第三个维度是均匀的,其次需要网格划分足够精细,即收敛性测试。
