I want to create two type of meshes i.e. hexa dominant and tetrahedron in one single body which consists of a square building(have 6 faces) and domain around it. How can I do hexa dominant meshing near the building as shown below with tetrahedron meshing in domain

You can use inflation to extrude a mesh from the surfaces of interest then switch to the bulk mesh. This will give a prism layer & tet elements.  A hex mesh is more efficient for cell count: do NOT use the "hex-dominant" mesh option in Meshing. It's for Mechanical models and the cell quality isn't suitable for CFD.

The quad faces you can see on your mesh are the sides of the inflation: the side face of a prism is a quad element.

Click on Help in the Meshing tool and it'll take you to the online Documentation: this includes tutorials.  The function you want is "inflation".
