Hi Support,

 

A customer is trying to import a 3dxml file and this doesn't seem to work in any of the Discovery products. 

 

I have just downloaded one from Grabcad attached and get the same error. I have attached this. 

 

Is this due to the limitation in the thread below re. authoring?

Yes, it's due to same reason that the file doesn't contain authoring data. If you expand the Status History located at the bottom of Discovery SpaceClaim, you will see this message. Refer below snapshot.
