Carbon Fiber

  I am trying to model a three layer carbon fiber laminate which was made using a plain weave fiber and carbon epoxy using ACP. I am not sure which materials to select: should I use "Epoxy Carbon preepreg"? Is that the same as a layer of lamina? Or should I use "Resin Epoxy" and create a separate new material for the fiber?

  Hi,
  
  I would use "Epoxy Carbon Woven" as your laminate material. It considers the combination of woven carbon fiber and epoxy resin.
