Lumerical FDTD keeps freezing when I try to open the "Edit object" window for objects with a Script tab. Hitting the Esc key seems to cancel the request and the program becomes usable again but the editing window never opens. This does not occur for objects without a Script tab in the settings.

For example, I have a project file with these objects:

It seems to me that the structure group editor window is being opened. This typically presents the window and freezes control of the main GUI window. In this case the issue seems to be that the window is 'open', but not being displayed. This may be a quark in the settings, or a graphics issue.
Please follow the steps in this link to se if it can be resolved by deleting the ini file or updating the graphics driver.

Let me know if this works. Alternatively a clean install might resolve this issue, or working on a different machine if possible.

Where can I find the ini file that I should try deleting? The link you provided points to another link with the location of the file but it when I follow it I am met with this message:
I will have to contact my system admin about the other possible solutions so I will try this first to see if it works.
