Cannot Import NX .prt files into 2021R1

  Hello,
  I am trying to import a .prt file from NX to a static structural module but I am getting the following error:
  "Unable to attach to geometry file [file location]. Unable to attach geometry."
  I have the full licensed version of NX and Ansys 2021R1.
  
  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

  Try sample NX parts from: C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v###\ansys\ac4\examples\ug
  If the sample parts do not attach, then make sure the CAD interfaces were installed at setup, and configure using the CAD Configuration Manager.
