  Hello Ansys team,
  I was wondering if there is a place in which you can arrange virtual or phone calls for assistance using the product? I am about halfway into a license and still have had no avail getting any of the Ansys products to successfully work.

  You can't access the software or you're having issues with the model(s)/solver?
  Commercial customers on TECs have direct access to Ansys staff via a Support Platform, the Forum is a "public" place where we can offer more limited guidance and advice to a wider group.
