      老师您好,我在mode里进行仿真,选用TE基模,第一次设置波长1.5-1.6um,第二次1.4-1.6um,对比发现波长重叠部分结果不一致,请问是什么原因?

      这是因为材料拟合、网格尺寸以及PML可能不同造成的。之前我写过一个帖子

      目前不工作,你可以找一下国内一些网站看看有没有。

      基本设置是:固定材料拟合与网格计算的波长范围相同。简单的操作是这样:

      有时也可能需要修改PML。

      老师您好,我按照您的建议修改了设置,无明显变化,且PML使用Standrd,增加到14层,也无明显变化,请问还有什么方法使谱线平滑?

      器件长度在1600um左右,这个会不会有影响?

      14层太少,你用32,48 或者64 层看看。

      器件长应该增加仿真时间,让autoshutoff min 决定何时停止仿真。

      Hello! Inconsistent results in the overlapping wavelength portion may be caused by differences in simulation models or parameter settings. Please check the following possible causes:

      Model settings: Make sure you use the same model settings in both simulations, including material properties, boundary conditions, light sources, detectors, and other relevant heardle parameters.

      Discretization parameters: Ensure that the same mesh density and discretization parameters are used in both simulations. Different grid settings can lead to inconsistent results.

      Wavelength range: The choice of wavelength range may affect simulation results. Make sure your wavelength range covers the spectral range of your interest.

      Numerical stability: When simulating over a wide wavelength range, smaller time steps or other numerical tricks may be required to ensure simulation stability.

      Initial conditions: Check that the initial conditions are the same, including the excitation mode and the initial distribution of the fields.
