What would be the current method to do this?

I posted my question on the student forum, No reply.

This is a customer who has maintenance for a discovery 10 pack students so I don't understand why I can't get supported here. + also has other paid license. My question is regarding Licensing.

 

Anyway, after searching I found that through the Ansys client Licensing settings , the option to borrow license is found there now.

But then I get note that there is no borrowable license available.

So do I have to change something about the license file?

How do I do so?

Is there any procedure?

Does the customer have Named user or Floating license? Or is he looking for a Trial license?
