Boolean Operation Failed

  Check the default value of tolerance for boolean operations through BTOL, STAT command.
  Provide a tolerance value about 1/20th to 1/10th of the minimum KPT distance using the BTOL command.

  I change the setting but the problem is still on because the setting is limited with setting value more less than that of the model .

  and also build the model with less scale but the problem is still on. please if you have a solution inform me with steps.

  minimum kpt distance is 9.5e-5, so the BTOL value should be maximum 9.5e-6, or preferably: 4.75e-6.
  current BTOL seems larger than that. Please setup properly using BTOL command, more info:
