      Hello everyone,

      How does one define Boltzmann constant and what is its value?

      Thank you

      Hello @Kremella

      The Boltzmann constant defines the proportionality of the fluid particles kinetic energy to the fluid temperature. It is commonly defined as:

      k_B = R/N_A

      where

      R is the gas constant (8.31446261815324 J⋅K−1⋅mol−1)

      N_A is the Avogadro's number (6.02214076×1023 mol−1)

      In November 2018 the Boltzmann constant value was revised to 1.380649×10−23 J/K
