SubscriberWhile meshing, it gives this **** problem, and say I must defeature.
I can't defeature, because than mesh fail.
So only option with defeature setting to yes.
I am not expert in changing tolerance value of defeature.
Guide me guys.. Any ideas?
I put also in variable manager, contactallow empty 1 but one time I got simulation but other time it again start failing for same meshed structure.
I am pisssed, it wasted my 5 days

Ansys EmployeeCheck which body has no elements in it. Use mesh controls for that specific body and make sure a mesh is created
You can click on Geometry branch in tree and click on Worksheet for a listing of all parts THe worksheet has columens that display number of nodes/elements. Looks for parts that has zero elements and try to add mesh controls for that
=========
defeaturing tolerance: With this control you are specifying that the element edges cannot be lower than this tolerance. YOu select the value based on the smallest entity you want to capture in your mesh
==========
If your model has only g=few parts, try meshing one part at a time. Select the body in the grahics screen, right click and generate mesh on selected part.
