Blank white screen on ANSYS Discovery Aim study tab

  Dear Eng-Tips community,
  
  Yesterday I installed the ANSYS Discovery Aim Student 2019 R3
  
  I started with the Fluid Flow simulation, and then import a geometry.
  
  However, after 3 seconds or so the tab hangs and does not show any action whenever I click.
  
  When changing tabs it takes over the visuals of the projects tab or shows only a blank white screen as can be seen in the image attached to this post.
  
  Interestingly, I can hover over the options present in the study tab as if it was still functioning, only the visuals are gone.
  
  Does anyone experienced this before, or even better know a solution?
  
  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  This is likely issue with graphics on the machine. What graphics card do you have ? Also what is the driver version ?

  Im using graphic card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Version 430.86

  Try updating the graphics driver to the latest available on https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
  
  Also, make sure your machine uses Nvidia by default , see if you have this option
  
  Right click on the desktop then launch Nvidia Control Panel >> Manage 3D settings >> set Preferred graphics processor to be "High-performance NVIDIA processor.
