Best way to take an ansys mesh and convert it into a standard mesh format (such as .cdb)?

I am really struggling to export my mesh file. I don't have a full static structural system or anything, just the mesh (component system) and I am trying to export it so I can bring it into another program (Autocad-thermal desktop). Any help is greatly appreciated.n

nWhat mesh formats can Autocad-thermal read?nWhat version of ANSYS are you using?nWhy don't you build the thermal model in ANSYS?nMake a Static Structural system, click on the Static Structural branch and on the ribbon are two formats to write out the mesh: ANSYS and Nastran.nn
