Hello, I am trying to do convergence test. I am simulating UAV wing using CFX. I created the mesh with ICEM CFD, structured mesh, and in my last variation of fluid domain grid, I tried to simulate it but the result was not as expected. Several times the simulation results showed convergence in the second iteration, but other mesh variation gave a good results, and several times the simulation showed results that do not show tendency to converge. When I simulated it in Fluent, it worked with the results in line with my expectations. Is there anything that I can do? Thank you.
Model information:
Minimum orthogonal quality: 0.2
Minimum quality: 0.24
Maximum mesh expansion factor: 39

In ICEM CFD: Test what happens when either Settings>Meshing Options>Hexa Meshing>Project to bisplines is enabled or a tighter (e.g. 1e-5/1e-6) value for Settings>Model>Triangulation Tolerance has been set
In Ansys CFX run with laminar blending limit the SST model.
