Ansys EmployeeHi,
Please restore defaults once. Then define the background colors 1 and 2. And at last refresh the project in the workbench.
Let me know if this is helpful.
Regards,
Deepak K.

Ansys EmployeeTry to open the mechanical first and then try changing the color other than white. And then rechange to white. It was working fine in 2024R2.
Thanks,
Deepak

Ansys EmployeeHi,
One can change the background color by setting the Background Color and Background Color 2 properties to desired values under Workbench > Tools > Appearance options.
But if the theme inside Ansys Mechanical is set to Dark; the background color settings are overridden.
When you change the Color Theme, Mechanical automatically uses the background color of the selected theme (default behavior).
To use the background colors specified in Mechanical, open Options> UI Options > set the Use Color Theme in Geometry Window preference to No. -
