Automating Preload on Bolts Pointing a Single Point

How can I automate the preload on the bolts which are pointing to one single point as shown in the picture?

The problem is solved with the help of a friend. Turns out when the selected entity for the preload geometry is a body, it is mandatory to define a coordinate system; while if a face is used, program controlled option pops and if selected, sets proper axes for the preload.
