In 2 way FSI, how to incorporate Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian Method. i am working on heart-valve design. Any help is deeply appreciated.

Maybe try explaining in more detail. Fluent doesn't have an ALE scheme as it's incredibly limiting in many systems: this assumes what you mean by Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian Method and what mean by ALE are the same thing.

Yes, Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian Method and ALE both are same and i need to incorporate in ansys for simulating Fluid solid interaction of heart valve. The arbitrary Lagrangian–Eulerian (ALE) method, first proposed by Donea et al. [1], involves a continuous adaptation of the mesh without modifying the mesh topology in solving the fluid–structure interaction and moving boundary problem.
