SubscriberHi there!nI am looking to model a two-layer laminar flow system with air as the fluid. The model has a layer consisting of pores in the no-slip regime and another layer consisting of pores in the slip regime. I figured that I will need to select the energy equation (under the Physics tab) and select the Low-Pressure Boundary Slip option to activate the slip boundary condition. When I do this, the slip boundary condition should be activated at the pore channel for both layers. This might be an issue when, for example, a pore size approaches the slip regime but is classified in the no-slip regime based on the Knudsen number. At this point, the application of the slip regime might result in a lower than expected pressure drop.nHence, I would like to check if there is any way to activate the slip boundary condition only for the layer with pores in the slip regime? In my case, the pore channels are stationary.nThank you in advance for any form of assistance/suggestions!n -

Forum ModeratorYes, you set the no slip/fixed shear for each wall boundary. Assuming you've defined multiple wall bc labels you can adjust each one based on it's location. n
