Applying IBIS in SIWizard

I believe I'm appling the IBIS component models incorrectly.

I copy and pasted the models into the directory below.
      C:Program FilesAnsysEMv231Win64buflibIBIS

After launching the software I can now see the model in SIWizard, it allows me to select it and update.

After the simulation runs, I get this warning for all of the nets. (I replaced the part number and pin with "..." due to length)
Warning: Could not assign IBIS model "(NULL)" to ... (model not found)

Do I need to do anything additional, other than copy and paste the IBIS into the folder and select it in the wizard?

I imported the board into SIWave using IPC2581 if it matters.
