The element depicted in the image is a wing spar. Below the spar lies a flat surface to which a load is applied. This surface represents the underside of the wing, and the applied load simulates the lift. However, I don't want this surface to be considered as a part of the solid element. I aim to prevent this planar surface from experiencing stress and deformations. I only require a "fictional" surface that serves the purpose of instructing the software where to apply the load. Is this feasible?

In order to prevent deformation or stresses, you can create a 2D surface with rigid stiffness behavior in accordance with the description you provided above. You will need to have frictional contact between solid and surface body and use remote force to apply load to rigid body.
