Application failed to connect – An erorr in setup section

  I am an university student and doing ANSYS 2019 for my homework.
  I have done the project smoothly in Geometry and Mesh, but it didn't allow me to go next to setup by this error: Applicaton failed to connect.
  This is my screenshot I have done. Please help!

  Under %TEMP% you should see a directory named: workbenchlogsnCan you post the contents for the log that shows an error.nPlease post content and do not attach file as we are no able to open files.n
