[APDL] problem running APDL – related to HOME directory

  I have problem running APDL. Error files when I run the SW is in the picture.
  I think it is because the home directory is set to the deleted user name in windows. The name is also not in alphabet.
  I that the cause of the problem? How can I change the home directory of the APDL?

    Thank you for the reply, but that was the launcher result.
    I tried running with the APDL itself, not the launcher, but still it didn't work.
    I addition, I tried deleting the user ID in window10 and reinstalling ANSYS.

  What happens if you close all ANSYS Programs, then:
  got to:
  %APPDATA%\Ansys
  Rename the v222 directory to v222.old
  Then try to run?

    I have solved the problem with your solution and also running the SW in 'Run as administrator'.
