      Hello Ansys support team , from past week i have encountered a problem in ansys workbench alll versions which i downloaded it. So i attached file below . please see above . It's about wbdumofile . Ansys designmodeler can't open , i am almost in trouble . How to solve this problem. also i tried to solve it by youtube.Please suggest me.e videos and also in ansys forum but still i c didn't solve it . please me  about this problem

      Recommend to uninstall from the d:\ drive.

      Then reinstall by right-clicking on setup.exe.

      Take defaults and install to c:\Program files
