I have installed the programme 3 times. Each time, Fluent was not running.nI now reinstalled Ansys, and I was trying to renew the licence, but the WINX64.7z file can't be extracted. I also tried to install the 7z file, as mentioned on another discussion, but nothing changed.nn

What application are you using to extract the file? You need to use 7zip and then you can extract the file.nThanks,nMattn

The license you are using is expired. You need to download the 2020R2 version to obtain the updated license file. You may still use 2019R3, but the license from 2020R2 is required.nnThanksnMattn
