ANSYS Two Way Fluid Structure Interaction

  I am trying to learn FSI System Coupling and I've started with the following video from the "ANSYS How to Videos" youtube channel called "ANSYS System Coupling: Two Way Fluid-Structure Interaction" (Parts 1&2). I have followed along and thought I had all the necessary settings to solve, but when I run the System Coupling or the Fluid Flow system individually I get a negative cell volume error. My mesh is close to identical to the one shown and other than that I have tried the exact same settings as used in the video.
  
  What error am I making? I assume it is mesh-related, but I don't see the issue.

  Negative cells tend to mean something moved too quickly. Dropping the time step tends to resolve this.
