Our licensing is working fine for other Ansys products with the license on a university server and software installed on client machines, but not for a 60-day trial Thermal Desktop. We get WARNING: Because no license files were found in the following location, the 'ANSYS, Inc. License Manager CVD' service was not able to be started - C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\Shared Files\Licensing\license_files
We are using ANSYS License Manager 2024 R1 (WIN64), SpaceClaim 2024 R1, and Thermal Desktop 2024 R1.3 (WIN64). We have followed the instructions in the document TD_Suite_Install_2024R1_with_Prerequisite_and_License_Install_Instructions. On the server the License Manager is running fine. On the client the License Manager is Stopped.

Hi Keith,
Please share the screenshot of error, also what do you mean by "on the client License Manager is Stopped".
