Ansys support/help

  Hello,
  
  I want to ask how I can get some decent help from the Ansys support team. Currently I'm working on my thesis but I can't continue because my question is still not solved after more than 4 weeks.   I was wondering if I could get better support through the https://support.ansys.com/portal/site/AnsysCustomerPortal. If so I could ask my university for a license.
