ANSYS Something in Rocky + Fluent Coupling Broken in 2025R1

      After upgrading to 2025R1, I only get errors when trying to run a coupled Rocky Fluent model. Rocky pops up with unknown error contact ANSYS support and gives an error report. I have got two different error reports, see below:

      It is hard to know exactly what is causing those errors without analyzing the project itself. Try one of these:

       

      • re-do the coupling. (disable the CFD Coupling and enable it again)
      • if using a external module, please ensure you are using a version compatible with the Rocky version (25.1.0 for Rocky 25R1, 25.1.2 for Rocky 25R1.2)
      • reinstall both Ansys Fluent and Ansys Rocky softwares to the current versions
