My client side is a computer running Windows and Server side is running Ubuntu 18 (I know, it's not supported, but I had got RSM to work some time back). I have installed the RSM and ARC daemon on the server side.
Now, when I go to validate the credentials from my side, I get the following error.

March 30, 2022 at 7:28 amMadScientistSubscriberWhich variable should I set exactly? The arc_env_profile is a file with all lines commented out. I also checked out Ans.Rsm.AppSettings.config file, but it is too large and I don't know what to check there.
May 14, 2022 at 5:58 amMadScientistSubscriberI was able to resolve the issue without using the SSH method. I had to create another user in Ubuntu, and then give the credentials of that user on the client side, in RSM configuration.
