      Are you using the Free Student version or Academic version?
      Can you post the contents of the ansyslmd.lic file listed in the error?
      Please do not attach the file as we are not permitted to open files, but paste the contents.
      Thank You

      Just asking why you deleted my hint concerning "system clock has been set back" which highly probably might solve the issue.

      How are you starting SPEOS?
      The -5 error depicts that the license server does not contain the feature a_spaceclaim_dirmod.
      If you run:
      Start-> ANSYS 2023 R1->ANSYS Client Licensing Settings
      Then choose Features in Use
      Does it show a_spaceclaim_dirmod in the status list?

      Thank You for the status.
      This list shows that SPEOS is not included in the license you are using.
      If this is incorrect, please contact your Account Manager.
