  I don't find the relevance center to be that relevant to controlling mesh size and don't use it.

  Which version are you using? I think relevance center option is removed from 19.0 onwards.

  In Ansys v19.0, the Relevance Center is available only for "Size Function = Adaptive".
  
  In Ansys 19.1, the options for Size Function, Relevance, Relevance Center, Max Face Size, and Max Tet Size have been removed.

  nWhat are the other alternatives for similar kind of meshing work. Actually I am unable to generate good mesh. n
