Ansys mechanical facing issue it doesn’t open up

  "Error while waiting for Mechanical initialization to complete. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
  This is the error message that I got.
  This issue has been happening since May. And I could ask in this forum. It was not letting me login and post a query.
  I tried previous queries from this forum . It didnt work. tried reinstalling, updating drivers, disabling forewall, noting is working,
  I am feed up with this. This SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
  I have been tring to learn ansys from edx and I have installed ansys student. I tried to install in a friends computer and it was workinh fine!!!!!!
  Very Much disappointed in ANSYS!!!!!!!!!

  Update
  After tring to contact ansys no use and no help..... You suck at this ansys.....
  I just tried to run Mechanical APDL launcher from the start menu as administrator.....update the directory ....and hit run.....
  chimp dabak dum dum.....it started to work
