If you're encountering the error "Unable to locate or start COM engine on local machine," it suggests that the COM engine is not registered with the Ansoft RSM service on your machine. To resolve this issue, you should register the engine by following these steps:
From the Windows menu, select Start > All Programs > Ansys EM Suite 202x R* > Register with RSM to register the engines.
