ANSYS Licensing – Issues adding additional server and activating entitlements

  For whatever reason I can't add a new machine to this. I'm trying to give someone else access to our entitlements (I am the ANSYS support coordinator for a set of entitlements given to my collegiate group) but it's saying this. I have their correct info but I don't know whats wrong.
  Here is the the screenshot of entitlements active on my computer.
