SubscriberHello,
When I want to right click and open a new DesignModeler Geometry I get an error that says " Request name aa_t_i does not exist in the licensing pool.
I tried to download and setup all 19.1, 19.2 and R1 12 months trial student versions. I get same errors and cannot do any further function besides open the application with double click.

Check the system date/time, as indicated in the error message. Perhaps it somehow got changed to a prior date.

Ansys EmployeeHi cagri,
Check my post here
/forum/forums/topic/license-manager-error-aa_t_i/
It's just the date/time verification mechanism from FlexNet to prevent people from intentionally changing the date to make licenses valid since FlexNet licensing doesn't require internet connection, this is the only way to verify it.
Thanks,
Win

Please create a new thread for your issue. Also, describe what was the installation directory that you specified during the install and if there are files/folders exist in there.

Ansys EmployeeHi Manas,
Put your future date to be much farther in the future, for example, put it to the year of 2999.
Â
Hi krishnatejavaleti,
Your issue is different, please create a new thread for your own issue. Also, what is the exact file name of the installation package that you are using ?

Ansys EmployeeHi krishnatejavaleti,
Unless you received ANSYS license file from your ANSYS Account team, you will have to specify the license server in your school. Launch that tool with 'run as administrator' to change license server specification.
