Ansys EmployeeAre you using Student License or Academic License. For the latter can you check if you have the requested license features and there are enough tasks to be checked? How old is the license file you are using? Are you trying to use 2022R2?Â
For 2022R2 preppost_pro is required when using Fluent Meshing.

SubscriberHello, you need to contact academic support through ticketing system, and they will update the license file to include the cfd_preppost_pro.

SubscriberThank you so much for your information. I can get access to the Ansys License Portal, while it cannot show my customer number. I already let the IT employee know and ask him to submit a ticket.

Ansys EmployeeAs a brief summary for anybody else seeing this problem, this issue can be resolved by downloading (and installing) a new licence from the Ansys Licensing Portal - access may be limited to your IT Admin (or Ansys Support Coordinator). If you are unable to access the licensing portal or experience difficulty in downloading the new licence, please contact your Account Manager (you may need to request this through your site Ansys Support Coordinator) who should be able to assist with obtaining the new licence file.Â
