ANSYS License Error – Failover Feature

  That message is the only thing that appears on the startup of the application.

  What you need to do is launch the Client Licensing Settings utility, making sure to use right-click -> run as administrator. Then you can enter the right license server information in the form and hit Save. See if that helps.
