I met the problem when I use chemkin. I don't know why.

Hello Chinazyq, 

Are you using Students Version or Academic? 
In case you have installed Students versions, can you check if you can solve using 4 or fewer cores/processes? 
If you have installed the Academic version, can you please confirm if you have as expected licenses as well?

There is a problem with the Ansys client licensing application on the client machine. This occurs when you open an earlier version of Lumerical on the client system and then launch the current version, 2024 R1, before the "ansycl.exe" program is terminated/shutdown. Please refer to our knowledge base for specifics on how to address the issue.
