Ansys HFSS vs Ansys Maxwell(Eddy Current)

      Hi everyone,

      I am trying to extract the inductance and resistance of a coil using HFSS and Maxwell (Eddy Current)
      For the HFSS simulation:
      I used one lumped port excitation, a radiation boundary and ran the simulation at 13.56MHz. Then , I calculated "L" and "R":
      L=Im(Z(1,1))/(2*pi*freq)=2.12uH
      R=Re(Z(1,1))=2.31 ohm

      For the MAXWELL (Eddy Current) simulation:
      I set the analysis setup frequency at 13.56MHz, and I did not use radiation boundary, but I used a current excitation of 1mA. For the calculation of "L" and "R," I used the assign matrix option:
      L=1.26 uH
      R=0.703 ohm

      My first question is why is there a mismatch  in the inductance(L) value and  resistance values (R)?

      My second questions is that I am suspicous if MAXWELL(Eddy Current) simulation gives me Rac (AC resistance)?
