      Hello,

      I am trying to run 2023R2 for the first time, and I get the following error message:

       

      Request name electronics_desktop does not exist in the licensing pool. No Valid FLEXIm servers specified.

       

      How do I resolve this?

      To resolve this issue, please download the latest version of Ansys Electronics Desktop Student.
