Ansys Discovery Trial version Impossible to connect

  Hi, I have asked almost a month ago for a trial period of Ansys Discovery. I had many issues concernign the installation, and I solve it with the help of the forum and a patch from you.
  
  I just wanted to connect today and it says "There are no current ANSYS subscriptions that enable capability Discovery - Level 2."
  
  I don't how it is possible, becauce I received this morning an email saying that there were 5 more days from my trial period.
  
  So I absolutely did not take any advantage of this trial period, that furthermore still doesn't work.

  I don't see any licenses assigned to your name.
  
  Can you please go through the videos in this page and assign the Subscription licenses ?
  
  If you require an extension in Trial, please contact your Ansys sales Representative.

  Hi, I don't really understand what do you mean by "assign the Subscription licenses".
  
  For the extension of the trial, should I make the same request as the first one ?
