Hi DSL Support Team,

We have been facing launching error (See above image) & without any intervention error goes out.

Note: The error experienced not on regular basis but on interval basis sometimes working fine.

 What happens if you relaunch Discovery? Does it work? How frequently does this happen, and does it happen randomly or just when you open it after restarting system?

Have you tried the suggestions that were made earlier in mail? Such as updating the redistributables, upgrading the graphic card drivers and disable intel GPU?

Did your system have updates  recently, has this been happening after that?
