      Hi,

I have ANSYS Discovery Structural Physics Add-on (Named User) and ANSYS Discovery Fluids Physics Add-on (Named User) in addition to ANSYS Discovery Simulation (Named User).

I cannot get the Add-on's working on my second machine, although the basic installations is working there. What do I have to do?

      Hello Ingo Schwarz

If I understand it correctly, when you launch Discovery in refine mode, you are not able to do that. Can you please share a screenshot of the error message you are getting?

      Regards.

      Hi!
I am not sure, if I understand correctly or if I did not make the subject clear. In my Ansys Administration Account I have the add-ons. There are two installations permitted and only one is used. When I start Discovery on a non addressed PC, it will open up and it does not ask for add-on permit. It simply does not take the license, although it is available. Therefore I can put my settings into a run, but it won't proceed, as it says the computer is not capable to run "Analyze Phase" due to a missing adequate graphics card and one line later it says, you need the add-on. So how can I get the add-on active? I attach a screen-shot for your information

      Thanks

      Ingo
