Ansys 2021 R2 install problem

  I imply the setup by administrater's name & turn off the security programs. But I have same problem so I delete Ansys 2021 R2 & reinstall several times, but it still occurs. How can I solve this problem?

  Can you try a user that has all english characters in the login name?

  I kept trying under the administrator name DESKTOP-UBSMA2R. So do you mean that all of these names should be changed to English?
