Ans.SceneGraphChart error

      I've just installed student version of Ansys, but when I try to run it gives me the error I attached below. My only GPU is GTX1060Ti and I have updated my drivers before posting this as stated on other posts but I still get that error. What can be the reasons and how can I solve these?
